Thank You!
Thank you again for taking the time to share more about your farm, your experiences, and what you and Isabel hope to build moving forward. I know trusting someone with such an important part of your business is a big decision, especially after having an experience where you didn't feel heard or supported.
What I loved most about our conversation was hearing how much care you put into your flowers, your customers, the community you're building, and Isabel's entrepreneurial future. My goal is to make this process feel supportive, clear, and collaborative so you feel confident in each step we take and excited about where your farm is headed.
Where I would start: Creating a foundation that supports your next chapter.
After our conversation, I don't think the first step is trying to figure out every piece of your business all at once (which maybe you felt pushed to do previously). There are so many exciting possibilities ahead, and I think the biggest thing you need right now is clarity and confidence with what comes next.
My recommendation would be to start with your website.
You already have a foundation, and I don't think this is about start over. It's about creating a website that better reflects where your fam is today and where you're hoping to go.
We can take what you already have, along with your current visual style (branding), and create a more professional, intentional website that helps customers understand who you are, what you offer, and how they can connect with your farm.
I also don't think you need to rush into changing every piece of your current look. Once the website is updated and everything feels more cohesive, you may find that the pieces you already have feel right. Or, you may realize there are a few things you'd like to adjust. Either way, you'll be making those decisions from a place of confidence instead of pressure.
The goal is to create a strong foundation first, then make decisions based on what feels right and what your business actually needs.
Creating a plan...
Weeks 1-3
Updating your website so customers have a clear place to learn about, connect with, and purchase from you.
Step 1: Review & Plan
We'll review your current website, discuss what needs to change, and determine the pages and updates needed.
Step 2: Design & Updates
I'll make the updates, refine the layout, and incorporate your photos and content. You'll have opportunities to review and provide feedback throughout.
Step 3: Launch
Once everything is approved, we'll finalize the website and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward.
Investment:
$1,950.
Week 3
Fitting your existing branding into your website and seeing if adjustments need to be made.
Incorporate your current logo, colors, fonts and overall style into the updated website.
Evaluate what is working well and where adjustments could improve consistency and professionalism.
Identify any areas where your current visual elements may need refinement after seeing them in a full website setting.
If updates are needed, we can discuss making thoughtful adjustments.
Investment:
Incorporating pre-existing branding- no charge.
Branding revisions TBD based on need.
Future growth and ongoing support.
As your business continues to grow, we can continue working together to make sure new opportunities fit naturally into the overall direction.
This may include:
Exploring how a bloom trailer could fit into your business and become an extension of your farm experience.
Thinking through how the trailer, website, photography, and customer experience all work together.
Helping define how different offerings (markets, events, bouquets, weddings, and future trailer experiences) connect under one cohesive customer experience.
Supporting upcoming marketing decisions and helping prioritize what makes the most sense for each season of your business.
Providing ongoing guidance as new ideas, opportunities, and decisions come up.
Investment:
TBD. Project based.
