Emerging Farm Brand & Website Blueprint

For first–second year flower farmers who want a polished, professional presence while their business is still taking shape.

You’re growing in your first seasons, testing ideas like bloom bars, subscriptions, everyday flowers, and maybe micro weddings down the road.

Instead of waiting “until everything is figured out,” this Phase One experience gives you a clean, elevated brand foundation and a simple 24/7 sales page so your business looks real and trustworthy now—without locking you into something you’ll outgrow in six months.

What we’ll build together

A strategic, elevated foundation for a business that’s still evolving:

Clarity around your primary offer for this season(so you’re not trying to launch bloom bars, subscriptions, everyday flowers and micro weddings all at once)

A cohesive starter brand identity that feels polished and intentional, not “I threw this together in Canva at midnight”

A website that works like a 24/7 sales assistant—explaining what you do, who you serve, and how to book or inquire.

An ecommerce-ready structure behind the scenes, so when you’re ready for a full shop, you’re not starting from scratch.

feature-item-1
Brand Identity

Right now, IVY Bloom | Floral + Events is full of beautiful ideas—bloom bars, subscriptions, everyday flowers, and eventually micro weddings and a flower-filled property. Phase One turns that into something clear and tangible:

Brand & Offer Blueprint (2–3 page PDF)

Your brand story and how IVY Bloom is positioned in your local market.

One primary offer to lead with this season (ex: subscriptions or bloom bar).

Simple “what’s next” path for everyday flowers + future micro weddings.

Key phrases and prompts you can reuse for your website and social captions.

feature-item-2
Website

A simple, strategic one-page site that makes your business feel real

Instead of waiting until “someday when everything is perfect,” you’ll have a polished home online that works quietly in the background:

Built on Shopify or Squarespace (your choice).

One-page design that includes:

Short intro to who you are + where you’re headed (including the dream of moving to land and growing your own flowers).

Clear focus on one main offer for this season (for example, subscriptions or bloom bars).

Light “coming soon” mentions for everyday flowers + micro weddings

Small image gallery to show your work.

Simple, clear call-to-action: inquiry form or “join the list”.

So when someone asks, “How do I book you?” you can send one polished link that does the explaining for you—day or night.

feature-item-3
Why Brand + Website Together Matter

So you’re not just pretty online—you’re clear and bookable

A logo without a website doesn’t give people a way to move forward.

A website without a clear brand and offer just confuses them.

By creating your Brand & Offer Blueprint, mini identity, and one-page site together, you get:

A story, visuals, and website that all say the same thing.

A focused offer that makes it easier for people to understand how to work with you (and say “yes”).

A flexible foundation that can grow as you add:

More subscription spots

Everyday flowers

Micro weddings

And eventually, flowers grown on your own land

Everything is designed to support your next season of growth—not just look good for a week on Instagram.

feature-item-4
The Transformation

Dream goals, one grounded first step

By the end of Phase One, IVY Bloom will have:

A clear story and main offer for this season

A cohesive look and feel that reflects the floral + events experience you want to be known for

A 24/7 sales-ready website that builds trust and captures interest while you’re busy growing, designing, or planning the move to land

Ive Bloom Floral

You’ll go from:

“I’m a new flower farmer with a lot of ideas and no clear home online…”

to:

“I have a real brand and website that match my vision—and can grow with me as I add bloom bars, subscriptions, everyday flowers, micro weddings, and my future farm.”

Your Questions, Thoughtfully Answered.

It feels like a big step to invest in branding and a website this early—am I right that this is the next phase for my farm?

It makes complete sense that it feels big—and that feeling usually shows you’re right where you’re supposed to be. Many flower farmers reach this point after a season or two of selling to friends, neighbors, or at a stand and start thinking, “Okay, this is more than a hobby now.” Branding and a website simply help everything catch up to where you’ve already grown: your commitment, your quality, and the way your community is responding to your flowers.

My business still feels small and homegrown. Is it okay to create a ‘real’ brand before I’m bigger?

Yes. In fact, that’s when most of my clients choose to do it. You’re not skipping ahead—you’re giving your business a name, look, and structure that can grow with you. Many small farms start branding when they’re still doing porch pick-ups, local deliveries, and word-of-mouth sales. It doesn’t make you “too fancy”; it just makes it easier for people to recognize you, remember you, and share you with others.

I’m juggling kids, life, and the farm. Is it realistic to take on branding and a website right now?

That’s a very reasonable thing to ask—and it’s exactly why the process is designed to fit around real life. Most clients I work with are in a similar season: little ones at home, farm tasks squeezed into evenings and weekends, lots of plates in the air. Your main role is to answer a guided questionnaire, share photos and details, and give feedback at a few key points. I handle the in-between work. So yes, it’s realistic—you don’t have to clear your whole schedule to make this happen.

I want my brand and website to reflect my story of loss and my rainbow baby in a gentle way. Is that a good thing to build around?

It absolutely can be. Many people choose to root their brand in something deeply personal, even if they only share parts of it publicly. Your story has already shaped the way you grow flowers and why you offer them to your community. Building your brand and website around that gentle sense of meaning—without making it heavy—can feel grounding and true to you. It’s a valid, beautiful foundation to design from.

This is one of the bigger investments I’ve made in my business so far. Is it reasonable to put money here instead of waiting another year?

It’s very reasonable to pause and weigh that—that’s being a thoughtful business owner. Many clients in your stage decide that investing in branding and a website now supports everything else they’re building: it gives their tuber sales, subscriptions, and local presence a clearer structure and more professional feel. I’ll be transparent about the costs and offer both pay-in-full and payment-plan options, so you can move forward in a way that matches your comfort level. Wanting to make this step now doesn’t mean you’re rushing; it often means you’re finally giving your business the foundation it’s been asking for.

I want to feel reassured that this will be a thoughtful, collaborative process. Do you offer any kind of guarantee?

That’s completely understandable—this is personal, and you’re trusting someone with your story and your business. While I can’t promise a specific sales result, I can guarantee a collaborative, respectful process. You’ll see your brand and website at key stages, have space to share what feels right (and what doesn’t), and we’ll refine together. You won’t be handed something “off the shelf” and left to make it fit—you’ll be involved enough to feel ownership, without having to do the heavy lifting yourself.

How long will everything take, and will I still have support after the website launches?

From the time we officially start, the branding and website together typically take about 2–3 weeks. That window includes your brand development, website design, build, and a round of refinements. You’ll always know what stage we’re in and what I need from you next. And I don’t disappear the day your site goes live—you’ll have continued support after launch for quick questions and small adjustments, so you’re not left wondering what to do if something comes up once people start using your new site.
